We have implemented many RSBizWare systems recently, reducing downtime, increasing throughput and productivity. A typical system involves (with very brief summary of use):

  • RSBizware PlantMetrics (used to calculate OEE and downtime)
  • RSBizware Historian (used to display information as trends)
  • RSSQL (used to transfer the information, a common example is from a PLC to a Microsoft SQL database)

    This chart is used to detail the EE for the last 24 hours. pie charts are also available - this one shows running vs downtime RSHistorian shows trends of informaion saved in the SQL database
